FR-IM-43 (Impact Modifier)

purpose

IM43 is based on nitrogen and phosphorus chemistry, this is completely free from halogen & antimony and complies with global environmental standards. IM43 is an advanced impact modifier designed for use in flame-retardant polyolefin compounds. It is also suitable for engineering plastics, partially olefin-based compounds, and vinyl chloride-based compounds. This product is especially used in halogen-free flame-retardant formulations.

  • Designed for flame-retardant polyolefin compounds (PP, PE).
  • Suitable for engineering plastics and vinyl chloride-based compounds.
  • Ideal for halogen-free flame-retardant (HFFR) formulations.
  • Provides improved impact resistance while maintaining flame performance and surface finish.
  • Halogen & Antimony-Free — environmentally responsible solution.
  • Excellent mechanical reinforcement without compromising flame retardancy.
  • Enhanced impact strength and flexibility in filled and unfilled systems.
  • Good dispersion and processing stability in polymer matrices.
  • Complies with global RoHS and REACH regulations.
